When you join a membership or subscription with us, we'll send you regular orders based on the frequency and quantity you choose.

We store your payment details securely. You'll only be charged when each order ships unless you prefer to pay upfront.

Some memberships may auto-renew, but you're always in control. If you'd rather not renew, you can cancel anytime.

Making changes is easy. Click the link in any order confirmation email to access your account page, where you can adjust frequency, skip an order, pause, or cancel. If you need help, email us at info@loom.coffee.
