Shipping policy

 

We put a lot of focus on making sure orders are roasted and dispatched as quickly as possible.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The tracking information for your shipment is also shared via email. In addition, shipping updates can be sent by email. If you don't receive your order confirmation and tracking emails, add info@loom.coffee to your address book or keep an eye on the spam folder.

Shipping time and Shipping charge estimates are as below:

Shipping: Domestic (USA)

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: In the USA

  • Standard Shipping is 3 to 4 business days. (Monday to Friday)
  • Economy Shipping is 5 to 8 business days. (Monday to Friday)

Take into account products with an exceptional delivery time and products that may be out of stock. If you have a deadline for a certain order, it is a good idea to place it early. If you do have an urgent order, please contact us at info@loom.coffee. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified and the item will be reordered. Shipping can be delayed until your order is complete. Different delivery times apply for deliveries outside the USA. These differ per country.

Method

Loom Coffee Co. works with various delivery services. You can opt for normal shipping, where the package is delivered to your home under track & trace. This information will be shared with you when the track & trace code is sent. You are responsible for collecting this package within the specified period.

Shipping Cost:

  • Orders above $40 Standard Shipping cost is Free.
  • Shipping weight 0lb to .75lb Economy Shipping cost is $4.80
  • Shipping weight .75lb to 2lb Economy Shipping cost is $7.40
  • Shipping weight .2lb to 5lb Economy Shipping cost is $10.50

Shipments abroad are handled on a case-by-case basis. These costs are time-dependent and subject to change. No rights can be derived from this information.

Address details the customer is responsible for entering the shipping address correctly. Even if an order has been prepared manually, the customer must check this data for correctness. If an address turns out to be incorrect, this is the responsibility of the customer. Any additional shipping costs for returning the package or losing the package will be charged to the customer. Even when a payment link is prepared for the customer, the customer is responsible for carefully checking this information (type of product, size, quantity, and shipping address).

Receipt of goods

It is the customer's responsibility to be present or to ensure attendance in case of delivery. In the event that a delivery attempt has failed several times and the package is taken to a service point, the customer is responsible for collecting the package on time or arranging for an authorized person to collect it. The customer is responsible for checking the Track & Trace code regularly to check whether they have missed the package. In case a package has not been collected in time, it will be returned to Loom Coffee Co., at which point there will be the possibility to send the package again, at the expense of the buyer.
